The Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO), widely regarded as one of the New Jersey’s finest arts organizations, is a highly successful, professional, per-service orchestra.  The PSO presents seven main-stage concerts at Richardson Auditorium in Princeton, a chamber music series throughout Central New Jersey, a series of lectures and events for the community, and robust education programs reaching over 10,000 schoolchildren annually.

 

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all rehearsals, performances, auditions, and of the PSO’s BRAVO! education/outreach events.  S/he ensures that all artistic programs are run effectively, efficiently, and in a financially responsible manner.  The Manager functions as a liaison between the musicians and the PSO management; s/he also maintains relationships with partnering organizations, teachers, and volunteers.  The position reports directly to the Executive Director.  Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits include health insurance and paid vacation.

Manager of Patron Services

The Manager of Patron Services is the main customer service representative for the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO).  He/she is responsible for communicating the consistent and clear message of the high quality of the PSO as an organization and its events to current and potential customers of various constituencies. Reporting to the Executive Director and Director of Development, the Patron Services Manager is responsible for overseeing box office operations and managing the internal information systems related to maintaining donor and patron files and reports, as well as internal administrative support of PSO fundraising, communications, and marketing departments. The Manager of Patron Services is also responsible for helping maintain an organized and productive office, and aiding other staff as necessary. Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits include health insurance and paid vacation.
