Gainsborough’s Living Room

Wednesday, March 6 at 5:30 and 8 pm
Princeton University Art Museum

Gainsboro features two young ladies on the cusp of adulthood in an oil painting, one looks to the side the other looks out.

Presenting an intimate evening of music by Gainsborough’s composer friends, The Berry Collective will create the ambiance of an imagined soiree in the painter’s living room. These concerts are presented in companionship to the Princeton University Art Museum’s exhibition “Gainsborough’s Family Album”, on display February 23 – June 9, 2019. Princeton University Art Museum hosts a reception between the two performances open to all ticket holders.
